Kuroda Hisashi is a poor detective living in Akam city. One day, Ruri Hado from Hado Financial Group asked him to search for a magic book. When Kuro was searching for this book, he unexpectedly met Al, a beautiful girl who was actually a powerful scammer. They signed a contract with each other, endowing Kuro with powerful magic. Shortly thereafter, Al also activated the deus machine Demonbane under Hado Financial Group to counter the mechanical threat posed by the black house. At this point, the war between Hado Financial Group and Black House began with the animated release of the absurd super robot ADV TV in the summer of 2004, which is now under intense production. The digital animation produced by OVA, which is bundled with game software, is "ヴューワークス" by Kitano Nobuo, supervised by "Shoichi Masuda", who is famous for his mechanical production and performances.
